General Shipping Policy:

a) Flat rate shipping -one flat rate shipping cost for multiple items purchased. -For shipping to one shipping address only. b) Mode of Shipping: i) Registered Mail All items are shipping using registered mail which comes with tracking number for the mail and requires signature upon delivery. Lost mail: As this form of shipping can be tracked by the post office, there will be compensation if the mail is confirmed lost by the post office Unclaimed mail: For registered mail which is unclaimed and returned to the seller, buyer has to pay the shipping fees again for re-shipping the items back to the buyer. c) Shipping Dates and Delivery Time I will mail the order within 2 days once receipt of payment is complete and I will email the tracking number to you through paypal once I mailed the order. i) International buyers: -International delivery: approximately 10 to 25 days business days. ii) Singapore buyers: -Local delivery (Singapore): approximately 3 to 4 business days. d) Custom Duties, fees and taxes - International buyers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or fees imposed on the mail in their own country.

Returns & Refunds:

- All items sold are non-refundable.
- Compensation for confirmed lost mail: The total amount paid will be compensated when the post office confirms that the regsitered mail is lost and undelivered. Process and time taken varies.
