I contribute my love for making things to my mother and my aunt. They taught me how to sew and crochet. This was the beginning of my love for creating. They were activities we could do together and have good family time. As I got older, whenever I saw something that was to be made I would try it, if I had all the necessary equipment. My mother, also, enjoyed helping with the project, along with doing her own projects.
As time went by I continued to make things and my son would help me with projects. Needless to say, he enjoys creating things also. At present, he is making beautiful handcrafted wood items, such as pens, collaterals and other items. Creating was always something we could always do together, which enchanced relationship.
One day, while I was on my way to work I heard a advertistement about a jewelry making school. I remembered the phone number and called and talked to someone on the phone. She was telling me about the different kinds of jewelry techniques we would be doing in this class. She said we would be making chains, metalsmithing, brezel making and do some other things in the class. I could not wait to get started. Hence, my pleasure of making jewelry was born.
I like taking basic simple things and making something new out of it. I am not comparing myself with God, but God has created us out of dust. He made a new creation. He made something out of nothing. Newations was named for that reason. I like taking basic simple things and making something new out of it.
