General Shipping Policy:

PRICING & AVAILABILITY All prices are shown in US Dollars. Products displayed on our site are available unless otherwise noted. If you purchase an item that is no longer available, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued. All of our products are MADE to ORDER, please allow up to 2-3 working days for production unless otherwise indicated in the product description. These items will take longer for us to process and ship. We appreciate your patience. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - After the period of production time, your order will be shipped by Registered Mail, and could take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Other shipping options are available by request. The package could hold by customs sometime and when it does. The package will take longer then expect to arrive. But as long as we have the tracking number that means the package is on its way and we will always help you track down the package. EXPRESS DELIVERY - If you would like your item expedited, we recommend DHL and FedEx . If you require an expedited shipping option or prefer a different shipping option other than what is available, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.

Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused.

We are gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit.If what you received is as described but you wish to return it, you can do so for store credit or we will issue a refund less 10% for fees/expenses incurred.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost which is with tracking number.

You may exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit.

We do not provide refund if the package is hold by customs.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
