General Shipping Policy:

I mail items within 1-3 days after payment has been processed. I try to ship packages the next business day. I do not ship on weekends and national holidays. If you are purchasing a few items, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs and your shipping fee for 1 item will cover the cost for the additional items you purchased. Orders are sent by registered air mail with tracking number to any destination, and it takes between 7-15 working days for the shipment to arrive, but please note that occasionally delivery may take a few more days. We can ship to a third party if you wish your item to be a gift for the same shipping cost Please let us know and we can add a card with the text you will request. All jewelry comes in a pretty gift box, ready to give, carefully shipped in a bubble wrap mailer. ** Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Thank you. :) I can do my best to see that you have it by the time you need it but I cannot guarantee shipping times and I will not give refunds for items that do not arrive by a certain date. Delays in the postal service and during holidays sometimes occur, and I can't be held responsible for. I do my best to make sure your item will get to you in perfect shape. If your item is damaged please contact me, and I will do my best to help. Once your package leaves us, it is in the hands of the postal system. So please know the risks you are taking in ordering Internationally. It is rare when packages are lost but it has happened.

I take pride in what I do, and will work with you to make sure you have a great shopping experience with me. Keep the lines of communication open, and we can work out any issues. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return any unused item you purchase for a refund or exchange within 7 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please notify me immediately should there be a problem with your order. If the item is damaged, please send photos of the damage. We can then make arrangements .

The item must be returned to me in the same condition as it was sent out. Please note that a refund will not be issued until the item has been received. The purchase price less the cost of shipping will be refunded.

I attempt to take accurate pictures and give thorough descriptions of my products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact me immediately.

For any purchases made from countries prohibiting or restricting the import of jewelry items, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund your purchase price.
