RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS:
ziamoo makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are in fact the items that you ordered. Unfortunately, sometimes, errors can be made in the packaging and delivery process.
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition and we will forward you the correct items as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
