Sizing: Please be sure to order the correct size as we cannot resize the rings. If you receive your ring and it does not fit due to wrong sizing before ordering you can exchange it for a new one.
I strongly suggest to get size by professional in a jewelry shop by trying rings with the same width of the ring that you are about to order.
Do not use chart, or metric tape. Those methods are not accurate.
there is a small fee involved for ring exchange that depends on the ring price
Making time for ring exchange is the same as a normal purchase,

I will refund or fix anything that is my error but cannot refund anything due to purchaser negligence. If the wrong size is ordered I can exchange it for a new one. no cash back for wrong size ordered. only exchange, no exception.

Broken and Cracked Rings: Due to the nature of using natural materials your ring should not be expected to withstand the same amount of abuse a metal ring would. I can replace broken or cracked rings for 60% of the original price. sorry but NO CASH REFUNDS. I cannot do refunds due to the nature of using organic materials.


rush service or expedited shipping fees are not refundable
you have 30 days (from delivery date) to contact me for any issue with your purchase and product. any difect on the ring will be fix for free when you contact me within 30 days from date of delivery.


Each piece is unique in color and grain , however your ring will look very close to the picture in the listing.
