A Change of Life Creates a Change of Focus

I absolutely love all things french, vintage couture, and witty humor. Combine all three, and you have Chez Lorraine's (literally means Lorraine's home). I hope to inspire women to feel beautiful by creating beautiful and motivating fine art.

I began my first craft shop, Lorraine's Oo La La, as a way to help women feel beautiful and inspired through inspiring jewelry. One day I had a light bulb go off ... why don't I create some motivational coaster tiles that also feature french, haute couture, and motivational sayings? Needless to say, the response was overwhelming and actually overwhelmed the jewelry aspect of my shop. Then, I was asked to create a print from one of my coaster tiles. I now offer prints in this store as it allows me more time to create than making tiles. This has turned into a dream come true. Thus Chez Lorraine's (Lorraine's Home) was born.

As a breast cancer survivor, I know how fragile life can be and each day should be filled with purpose, beauty, and creativity. If I can bring one smile, one feeling of hope, or one feeling of self confidence to another person, then I have had a good day. That is what Chez Lorraine's is all about. So, come on in and make yourself at home. I promise you'll have fun and feel good too!!
