Customers may return items for shop credit or an exchange if I am notified of your intention within 14 days of postage. The item must be in it's original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me before an item is returned and understand that I will not issue returns on items without prior notification. Once I am happy that the item has been returned in its original condition, I will organise the credit or exchange, excluding cost of postage.

GUARANTEE
I make every effort to make my jewellery durable. In the future should any chain component break under normal wear, I will repair the piece for free. My guarantee does not include changes in the metal surface, beads or clasps. You cover the cost to send the piece to me and I will pay the return shipping.
