HOLIDAY SHIPPING: WicksnCandlesticks does not process orders or ship on the following federal holidays due to the U.S Postal Service being closed. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship. DELIVERY TIMES: Orders are shipped either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority. If you would like an item shipped otherwise, please message me to discuss options. Please note that I ship items to your Paypal address, if you want an item that you purchase mailed to a different address, please provide that information in an email message. Thank you. DELIVERY: In regards to delivery time, please consider the following information for arrival time: · Credit card approval must be obtained prior to processing the order · Orders that are placed after 12 PM (noon) EST will not be processed until the following day · Deliveries only occur on business days which are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays · Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday · There are holidays such as; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays and observances that drivers will not pickup or deliver packages. Please be sure to check your calendars for those dates (See Holiday Shipping). SHIPMENTS: Normally, orders are shipped within 1 to 7 business days of receiving them. If items are out of stock or if a raw materials shipment has been delayed, this may cause longer times in processing the order. In most cases, the orders would be shipped out within 7 to 14 business days. All items will be shipped USPS and will be prepaid by the consumer. Unfortunately, we do not ship or process orders to P.O. Boxes via USPS. USA SHIPMENTS: WicksnCandlesticks ships merchandise within the USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Please contact us regarding International shipments. Refunds will not be provided for any additional fees that you are required to pay prior to receiving the items you have ordered. We strive to provide superior customer service. HOTEL SHIPPING POLICIES: Upon request, we will ship to a hotel where you will be a guest. You must confirm with your hotel that you can receive packages and inform us of any special delivery instructions. Many hotels require that the guest has checked in before receiving packages, so please be sure to check with your hotel. You will need to provide us with the full hotel name, the full name in which the room is registered and room number (if available), full street number, full street name, city, state, province, country and zip code. FOR EXAMPLE, OUR HERSHEY KISS LABELS, THOSE ARE STICKERS. LABEL: IT IS A SMALL PIECE OF PAPER,FABRIC, PLASTIC OR SIMILIAR MATERIAL ATTACHED TO AN OBJECT AND GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT IT. FOR EXAMPLE, OUR HERSHEY KISS LABELS, THOSE ARE STICKERS AND ALSO ARE LABELS. VINYL (VINYL DECALS): A DESIGNED PREPARED ON SPECIAL PAPER FOR TRANSFER ONTO ANOTHER SURFACE; SUCH AS GLASS, PORCELAIN, OR METAL. *** ADDRESS CONFIRMATION: Please be responsible for checking your Home Address on Your ICraft Account, Paypal Account or Credit Card Account to ensure you receive your package at the correct location. However, out of professional courtesy, if you have purchased artwork from an artisan, please be sure you contact the artisan who originally designed the artwork and obtain written permission to use the artwork. ***LOGO REDESIGN: If you need us to redesign your logo, I charge $80.00 + ( on up) to change it to an .ai, eps. or an .svg file and that also depends on the difficulty of the artwork. I will need to view the artwork to determine the level of the price. And this is a NON REFUNDABLE FEE. ***WEDDING LOGOS & MONOGRAMS: : Monogram Price varies and includes 6 proofs before final files are sent. After that each additional revision round would be additional $25.00, so please be sure to include all the revisions to avoid unnecessary revision fees. If customers would like both black and white and color, please be sure to include that information in your email. The wedding logo or monogram is a custom design that our graphic artists have created and can only be used for the wedding day and may include an additional fee for the use other than the designated use of the wedding logo or monogram. If there is a particular image from a stock photo website, additional fees may be charged for additional usage of the logo. *** PROOFS: We always send proofs, so please be sure spelling is accurate when reviewing the final proof. We always have customers approve our proofs before we print our products and do not begin printing unless the proof is approved. ****DECAL PRODUCT LIABILITY: There are many types of surfaces for which the vinyl decal product may be applied, and all different types of paint, wood surfaces, and other surfaces. We use professional materials to create our vinyl artwork is approved as safe. WicksnCandlesticks shall not be held liable in the rare event that any damage is caused during installation or removal. The manufacturer of the vinyl product claims that the vinyl can last up a certain period of time, depending on which vinyl the customer would be purchasing. However, the vinyl lifespan can be significantly less than the stated amount depending on environmental conditions. ****DECAL COLOR SELECTION FOR IN-STOCK COLOR: If there is a color that is not in stock depending on each unique order, we may be able to acquire a non-traditional vinyl color. For each non-traditional vinyl color requested there is a non-refundable service charge fee that varies for processing. ****CUSTOM T-SHIRT ORDERS: HEAT TRANSFER T-SHIRTS: A professional custom printed graphic design or photographs are applied with industrial t-shirt press on products that are 100% cotton and cotton-blended T-shirts (50/50), mouse pads, tote bags and other fabric items. HEAT APPLIED VINYL T-SHIRTS: A professional custom printed graphic design that is made with the highest quality of heat-applied vinyl, which we print from our industrial plotter and then is applied with an industrial t-shirt press on products that are 100% cotton and cotton-blended T-shirts (50/50), mouse pads, tote bags and other fabric items. SILK SCREEN T-SHIRTS: A professional custom printed graphic design that is made with the highest quality of print. We use stencils of the image or design that is superimposed on a very fine mesh screen use with a very fine mesh screen and high quality printing ink that is squeegee onto the printing surface through the area of the screen that is not covered by the stencil. We then apply it with industrial t-shirt press on products that are 100% cotton and cotton-blended T-shirts (50/50), mouse pads, tote bags and other fabric items. *Please note that is this is a lengthy process and it takes time. We do not offer discounts on our silk screen products because it is a lengthy process.
