1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are pleased with our ability to quickly process all orders placed on ETSY. Most orders are processed within 1-3 days. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, just send us an email at
A large majority of items in our inventory are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours.

2. RETURN POLICY
All items will be thoroughly checked by us to ensure they are new seal before they are shipped to you.
1. If you find that the merchandise is defective or does not fit. We are happy to offer you a one-time exchange per order within 3 days of receipt.
a) The following reasons do not constitute as defective merchandise:
1. Untrimmed thread ends,
2. Small pills on fabric,
3. Minimal stain;
4. Slightly different pattern configuration;
5. Customers subjective views.
b) If the merchandise is defective, we are happy to offer you an exchange for the exact same product with the same color and size. If the merchandise is unavailable. We are happy to offer you an exchange for a different product or a refund.
2. We do not offer refunds for all merchandise sold. However, we will provide a refund equivalent to the dollar amount of the item(s) you ordered in the event it is/they are out of stock.
3. To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us before you proceed to return the merchandise and exchanges will need to be pre-approved.
4. We will cover all standard shipping costs for returning and shipping your merchandise (applicable to Hong Kong only) for a one-time exchange. We recommend using a standard registered postal service, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we will not be held liable for the loss of your returned merchandise. For orders from outside Hong Kong return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Exchanges are subject to the availability of merchandise so shipping times may vary.
6. In the event that the merchandise is eligible for an exchange, the difference will not be refunded if the price of the new item is lower than that of the original.
7. We reserves the right to refuse any merchandise we deem unsatisfactory for an exchange.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Products with manufacturing defects that make it impossible to use.
The product or item received is totally different from what was ordered.
The size shipped out is not the same as the size placed in the order.
