Returns & Refunds:

Deposit of 50% of commission price is due prior to commencing work on your portrait. Once work has commenced, this deposit is non-refundable. Prior to shipping, a photo of your portrait will be emailed to you for your approval. Shipping upon approval only. Balance of commission price and shipping cost due and payable prior to shipping. Once shipped, there are no returns/refunds.
