** Please note: Due to the nature of hand-crafted products, items may differ slightly from photo as each one is made to order. The photos are just examples of what the base idea is, we will try to match it as close as possible.

TURNAROUND TIME / SHIPPING DATES:
Orders are scheduled based upon the DATE of your party. Please let me know the date as it is very important to me, to ensure we get your order out to you in time!! We like to ship orders out about 10 days prior to your party. This of course can vary depending on when you placed your order. **RUSH ORDER fees may be applied if you need it quicker

We use USPS first class mail for all orders in less you are having RUSH shipping. For RUSH shipping, we will use USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated in a convo.
When your order is shipped we will send you a convo with the tracking information.

*A RUSH ORDER FEE is applicable for Custom Orders needed within 10 days or less from the date of your purchase. You will be sent a Paypal Invoice for the Rush Fee if you do not contact me prior to ordering. Orders cannot be completed until that invoice is paid. Thank you for understanding!

-We will combine shipping for orders that are placed together.

-If you do not state the age of your child, your hats will be made in the larger size(usual fits 5 yr to adults)
