Non-custom framable art and greeting cards
~ These items ship within 2 business days following processing of your payment.

Custom Refillable Journals take a little longer.
~ Once we have been in touch and I have an accurate understanding of customizations, it will take 2-3 business days to create the artwork
~ Next step: I will send you photos to ensure you are happy with your custom painting
~ After I have your seal of approval, the final product with the clear vinyl slipcover will be cut to size, hand-sewn, assembled with your custom artwork and mailed within 2 business days!
~ To summarize, from the point of initial contact to final product being shipped is a minimum of 5 business days and can potentially take a bit longer depending upon how quickly we connect and turnaround our communications.
~ Be assured I give custom orders priority and attention to detail to ensure you are happy with your new journal!

Packaging & Shipping:

~ Your watercolor artwork and greeting cards will be sealed in a plastic sleeve(s), with thick card stock backing for protection and mailed in a manilla envelope via United States Postal Service (USPS).

~ Custom Refillable Journals will be shipped with thick card stock backing and mailed in a bubble mailer for protection.

~ There is always the option of expedited shipping for additional fees when it is needed.
