Every Picwood USA product is packaged in a "kit". Each kit comes complete with precision cut, sanded and pre-drilled pieces, easy to follow instructions and all necessary hardware for assembly procedure. All are encased in a tight-fitting, fully labeled cartons. Shipping fees will apply at checkout.

Most orders take 3 to 10 days to make, however, some orders may take up to 21 days to make (our peak season times) this is why WE will call you to set the appointments up with you, so you are fully aware of the date and time... All orders are filled as we receive them. All our wooden outdoor furniture comes either Knotty White Pine or Western/Eastern Red Cedar and is made to order for each client in our cottage industries shop.
