Pierced earrings and bridal items are not returnable.

We are not responsible for items lost in the post. We do not offer refunds for lost shipments. But for your protection, additional insurance and tracking options may be purchased.

Custom commissions (initiated by the purchaser) are also not returnable. In these cases, we will provide many photographs, detailed correspondence, all dimensions and specifications before sign-off and shipment, so returns are not expected or reasonable.

But all other pieces may be returned at buyer expense for a refund (or exchange - you choose).

S&H fees are not rebated.

Returns are handled on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to charge a $5 fee for processing certain returns (because our S&H fees only cover exact Canada Post rate and a tiny premium to cover our quality packaging and labelling costs).

Please note that our time to correspond, administrate, process the refund, collect the item via post etc. are not covered by our S&H fees and our $5 levy to cover these additional costs may be exercised in certain circumstances.

If you have any questions as to whether a potential purchase is returnable, please ask before completing the transaction.

We guarantee the quality of all our work. Should something arrive in a damaged condition, please return it for free repair.

My creations are ALWAYS over engineered for durability and I have never received a damage return or complaint! I don't use any open jump rings that will pull apart or snag on clothing. We never use breakable, flimsy or fragile materials so my pieces never fall apart.

If you manage to damage one of my pieces, please return it to me at your expense for a free repair!
