General Shipping Policy:

Processing time: I will be dispatching orders out as fast as possible. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Usually my turn around is 1-3 days. Due to Canada Post being closed on weekends and holidays, those times will be the longest. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Frequently asked questions Custom and personalized orders: I am currently not offering fully custom orders. However, there are some made-to-order options; and if there is an ready to ship item(s), which you would like customized, this can usually be arraigned. There may be additional charges for customization. Customized pictures will be sent for customer approval, before shipping. Due to the time needed for changes, and time for approval, this may push back my turn around time a few days(up to 7 processing days). It is my goal to get changes done, and item(s) sent within the 1-3 day range. However due to the nature of customization, these items may take longer, and are none refundable. Local Pickup/Deliveries: I am glad to do local deliveries, or pickup. Just message me for a coupon code to remove shipping! With certain items you may also qualify for a small discount, depending on the item. Local pickup can be made in Melfort, Saskatchewan, Canada. Handmade Items: All items are handmade, by me, unless specified otherwise. I do not resell others work. Due to the handmade nature of the products, some imperfections are possible, unfortunately. I do my best to find any obvious imperfections and mark these items as "seconds". Otherwise perfect and usable, but "insert issue". These items are sold at discount, and individually marked as final sale. I pride myself on my craftsmanship. Items with wear points are reinforced. and most item types have been tested by myself, or immediate family, prior to selling. Only the highest quality supplies are used, from reputable sellers. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Perishable products (like food or flowers)
-Digital downloads
-Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
-Masks/headbands or other PPE associated with Covid-19

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
