I would like to start by saying that I take great pride in my work. I lovingly hand pick every gemstone, silver or gold bead, pearl, pendant or piece of glass myself and I am there from the bead buying, to the stringing to the mailing! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. The jewelry must be in its original unworn condition , in its original packaging, and it should be shipped back fully insured to:

I hope you will never need a repair, but I am more than happy to make repairs if they are necessary. Pieces in need of repairs within 6 months (based on normal usage) will be repaired at no charge. If a repair is needed after 6 months, I charge a minimum of one hour labor plus the cost of the actual beads needed in the repair. Shipping charges for repairs done after 6 months are the responsibility of the buyer. Sometimes I no longer have beads in my collection since lots of my pieces are one of a kind or limited edition. If the original beads are not available, I will try to the best of my ability to repair the piece with similar beads or something that will stay in keeping with the aesthetic of the original design.
