Karen Learmonth of Amber Light Photography is a nationally accredited photographic Artist. She is a member of the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC), Professional Photographers of BC (PPABC) and the BPPA and SWPP (British and International Professional Photographer's Associations). She has been working professionally in photography for over 15 years.

Karen started her career in Edmonton where she learned the art of portraiture through photography and art classes in University, and while working for other professional portrait photographers. In 2007, Karen opened her full service studio in the Greater Vancouver area.
Although having photographed everything from newborns and brides to product photography, Karen specializes in glamour, family, wedding and fine art photography and painting.

Karen's focus in on her clients' experience. From the first consultation, to the final delivery of your portrait, Karen is committed to ensuring her clients' experiences are fun, rewarding and memorable.
