I want you to be happy with your purchase so please let me know if you have any problems with your shipment. I will accept returns for necklaces and bracelets** up to 7 days from purchase but you must contact me prior to this. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded and item must be returned in original condition and packaging. Customer responsible for return shipping costs.

** due to health and hygienic reasons I do not provide full refunds for earring purchases. I don't reuse earring wires so a refund will be less $4 - the cost of replacing the earwires.
