We are a sister team from Michigan who created Twin Dreams in 2001 to make and sell our moisturizing, uniquely fun soaps and other scrumptious bath and body products --- which we consider usable art. We've even heard from some of our customers that our soaps are too pretty to use! But please use them.

We use the finest ingredients possible and wouldn't sell you anything we wouldn't use ourselves. We scoured the planet until we found a wonderful glycerin soap base that is considered 100% real soap. Try our soap and you will notice the wonderful difference a pure Glycerin Soap brings to your skin.

We always make our soaps fresh when ordered in a smoke free environment. Sometimes we have extra inventory from shows, these will be listed as our INVENTORY SALE. Grab em while we have em!

SHIPPING

All orders are sent out within 2-3 days after receiving payment.

Most of our items are packaged and shipped in boxes instead of padded envelopes because of the unusual shape of many of our soaps. If your order consists of flat bars of soap, it will arrive in a padded envelope.

We believe in re-use/re-purpose so our packaging consists of clean recycled material whenever possible.

Domestic: Packages weighing 1 - 13 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2 -7 days transit time). Packages weighing 14 ounces and above are shipped using priority mail (2-3 days transit time).

International: Packages are shipped using USPS First Class International (7 – 10 days transit time). Please note that packages may take longer to clear customs. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do offer expedited shipping – email us for a quote.

All of our domestic packages come with delivery confirmation.

We don’t insure our packages, but if you would like insurance, please message us before payment is made and we will send you a revised invoice.

Due to the nature of our products we do not give refunds and cannot accept products back for returns. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work out a solution agreeable to all of us.
