General Shipping Policy:

Delivery Delivery times depend on the destination country although we aim to dispatch your order within 3 days. Although every effort will be made to meet delivery dates, these are estimates only and we cannot be made liable for late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate. We will normally post Royal mail first class on standard delivery orders and will obtain proof of postage (for UK orders) and Royal mail small package international delivery service for international orders. Delivery times: International orders delivery times might vary slightly but usually goods arrive within 14 working days (most of the occasions - up to 10). All items will be checked before being packed and will be packaged for posting with the upmost care.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery.

All goods are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty we will of course refund or replace the goods for you. Please notify us of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receipt and again any refund will be made once goods are returned and received.

Please note that refunds cannot be given on earrings.

Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused within 14 days of purchase. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return (the buyer is responsible for return postage). The cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item less postage costs.
