I have been making jewelry since my early teens. I love working with wire, crystals, pearls and semiprecious stones. My inspiration comes from old movies, vintage clothes and my very tropical surroundings!

I majored in graphic design, but my passion is definitely jewelry. I enjoy making custom orders, so please contact me with your requests!

-- Custom orders --
I will be thrilled to design a custom headpiece or jewelry set for your wedding. For custom designs and special requests, please contact me through conversations. Please be aware that some custom designs can have extra charges, depending on the materials you choose.
Most of my jewelry pieces can be altered to fit your size, so feel free to contact me with your questions! Usually, these small alterations have no additional cost, but I reserve the right to adjust prices depending on the complexity of the alteration requested.

Creating a custom design is a very complex process, and I always take great care to make sure that the piece I'm designing for you will be exactly what you want. The first thing we do is to decide on the style (headbands, pins, tiaras, bunwraps, vines...) that will fit your wedding. Then we choose the colors and the beads for your piece. I take pictures of bead combinations (I have almost any color and lots of different shapes and materials) until we find the one you love. If you'd like to see the overall effect of the beads, I can arrange them to look like your finished piece and send you a photo. I can also sketch your piece so you can be absolutely sure that it will turn just like you want it. When we agree on the style, colors, materials, cost and design of your custom headpiece, I'll put up a listing on my Etsy shop for 50% of the total value of your piece, and I'll start crafting it as soon as I receive your payment. When your custom piece is complete, I??™ll list it in my shop, as a reserved item, for the remaining 50% of the cost.

-- Shipping --
The shipping options for each item can be found in its individual description. I ship within Costa Rica and to the U.S. only.
Some items will be shipped through Certified Costa Rican mail, which will take about two weeks to arrive. Other items, such as the tiaras and headpieces, will be shipped via DHL/TNT 3-day (tracking number included).
If you should have any problems with the shipping of your item, I??™ll do my very best to help you sort it out. Items shipped through DHL/TNT can be tracked using their website. DHL requires a telephone number for emergency contact or to notify the recipient when the package is delayed. Please be assured that this information will be absolutely confidential and will never be shared with anyone else.
I cannot be responsible for items lost after they??™ve been delivered by DHL/TNT.
If you need to change the shipping options for an item, please contact me prior to buying! I will do my best to accommodate your request. Also, I will gladly combine multiple items into one shipment to save on your shipping costs.
If you live in Costa Rica and would like to buy any of the items in my shop, please contact me first and we can schedule a local pickup so that you can save on shipping costs.

-- Returns --
Because of their personalized nature, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Items that have been altered to fit your measurements or other requirements cannot be returned, for the reason above.

Other items are carefully reviewed on an individual basis and, depending on your specific case, could be replaced or returned for store credit. In case of returned merchandise, the credit will be applied once I receive the item in perfect condition. Any packages that you send back need to be insured and any shipping charges will not be applied for store credit. Please return the items in their original box, with the tags and pouches included.

-- Colors --
I do my best to take good photographs and adjust the colors so they match the real object. Since each monitor is calibrated differently, I cannot guarantee the colors you see in the photos. If you have any questions about an item, don't hesitate to contact me, I will be very happy to assist you.
