Patti's Promising Pieces carries Handcrafted Glass Beaded jewelry including Lampwork, Authentic Murano, Czech and Swarovski Crystal. I also enjoy designing with various gems and mediums.

My beads are purchased from authentic suppliers based in the USA,Italy and Czech Republic to name a few. I believe in using the best materials, and also like to support "other"independent Artisans for speciality lampworks and various items. I will often give credit to the fellow artisans who craft the perfect beads for me to design with....

When I am working in my studio, I let the design take hold allowing the beads to "speak." Each design and craft session is unique and that to me,is the best part.

I began designing and crafting jewelry by crocheting with wire..the rest was history! This art-form serves as a healing and contemplative practice as my life circumstances and health underwent changes.

Formerly, I was a Special Educator, crafting learning 'through art 'in all my lessons..fast forward 20 years or so and...
here I am...

As I became proficient, friends and family encouraged me to sell my jewelry, so much fun. Meeting great artisans and customers along the way..as for me I love to create everyday.

I hold membership in the SRAJD # 4112 { Self Representing Artist in Jewelry Design} and have been featured
in Rena Klingenberg's on line Jewelry Making Journal.
