I am very careful to package my items securely. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact me and we will work together to resolve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item for a return authorization.

The item must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it, and must be in its original condition, along with any accompanying freebies or gifts. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to me with Delivery Confirmation.

PLEASE, DO NOT return the item without contacting me first. If the return is made without contacting me, the refund will be void.

The refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
