RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The item should be returned in its original condition, complete with original packaging and tags and should be accompanied by a completed return slip. You can download and print a return slip here.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due.
Custom made articles cannot be returned or exchanged.
All our products are handmade and therefore one-of-a-kind.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS:
ziamoo makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are in fact the items that you ordered. Unfortunately, sometimes, errors can be made in the packaging and delivery process.
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition and we will forward you the correct items as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
If there is any item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at info@ziamoo.com and we will endeavor to correct any error made as quickly as possible.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@ziamoo.com and provide evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement item as quickly as possible.
RETURNING ITEMS:
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive them for us to deal with any returned items and process any refunds due. Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore we advise that you use a parcel or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
