An endless series of knitted, spiraled hexagon shapes, the Heart’s a Spinnin’ bag is fabulous in contrasting colors. The heart shaped bag is perfect for your needs, felted or not, with or without a lining. For this pattern & picture, I chose contrasting blue and green worsted weight yarn so that it would easily illustrate the design. This pattern is beautiful in whatever weight yarn you choose, simply adjust the needle size. While it may look complicated, the pattern includes several diagrams and is quite simple to follow.
** Pattern is easy level. If you can knit, purl and do simple decreases, then you can knit this pattern with ease!
This bag is great for everyday use or special outings. Handles can be store purchased, recycled from old handbags or knitted i-cords.
Dimensions: bag shown in worsted weight yarns measures 10” wide, 10” high without handles. Dimensions will vary according to the yarn you choose to use. Bag requires approx 100 grams each color.
