Light pink rohodochrosite drops are combined with oxidized sterling silver to create a pair of earrings that are feminine without being frilly.
Beautiful smooth rhodochrosite briolettes in a soft pink are wrapped with sterling silver wire to create a fanciful cap. The sterling silver has been treated with a patina to create a darker, “antiqued” look which contrasts nicely with the pink colour of the stones. The wrapped beads are suspended from handmade sterling silver ear wires to create pretty drops.
The total length of the earrings is 1 3/4” (4.5 cm) from the tops of the ear wires to the bottom of the stones. The rhodochrosite beads are 9/16” (14 mm) at their widest point.
The last photo shows the back side of the earrings.
Please Note: The pair of earrings in the photo has been sold. A new pair will be made to order, just for you. They will be mailed 3-4 days after payment is received. The rhodocrosite beads will be the same shape and size and they will be comparable in colour. Please note that no 2 stones are ever identical, so the markings and patterns will not be the exact same.
