We only ship to the USA

~ Payments: We accept PayPal, credit cards, money orders or personal checks. If submitting payment by mail the payment address will be provided upon check-out. Orders will ship once payment is received.

~ Shipping & Order Processing: Orders are shipped within three to five business days (and usually sooner) from receipt of the paid order, and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If there will be a delay otherwise, you will be notified via email, for example during the busy holiday season.

Orders are shipped by Em's Place Inc., and customer will receive an email when label is created. Please double-check shipping address since once a package shows "delivered" when shipped via tracking, it is deemed to be in possession of purchaser or their recipient.

~ Refunds and Exchanges: Accepted within 14-days from the date customer receives the package as per tracking detail, and subject to the following return policy and exclusions: Returned items must be unused, pre-authorized via emal (please put "icraftgifts order" in the subject line) and in original package or container to receive a product refund or credit. In addition, item/s need to be in the same condition as received.

Return shipping is paid by the purchaser. There is a 10% restocking fee on orders over $25 and a 15% restocking fee on items under $25 applied to the refund amount.
