Payment: ShipsNGiggles accepts PayPal. We will begin orders only after full payment has been received and verified. Shipping: We are located in Toronto, Ontario Canada and use Canada Post. Their delivery time is typically between 5 – 10 days, however we recommend allowing 2 weeks+ for delivery to ensure product(s) arrive in time. *FREE shipping within Canada and the United States on SINGLE orders only. If you need expedited service we can quote you Priority (2 – 3 day) shipping with tracking. Please be sure to double check your address to ensure proper delivery. Our shipping costs are approximate. You will be notified if additional charges apply prior to shipping and completing your order. We can ship anywhere, if your country is not listed please inquire about shipping to your destination and ShipsNGiggles can quote you the cost and set up a custom listing.

If you are unhappy with your order, we will do whatever is needed to make it right.

Items are handcrafted – 15% fee will be deducted from order total and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned within 3 days in new, original and un-worn condition.
