f you are looking for an awesome gift for hunters, shooters, active duty military, veterans, outdoorsmen, gun guys/gals etc, you have come to the right place. We have over 40 different awesome bullet pens to choose from and we also have some other unique items too like bullet shell bottle openers and key chains.
A little information about our pens:
All of our pens are made from two of the most popular rifle rounds in America...the .308 and the 30-06. We only use REAL, FIRED, RECYCLED .308 AND 30-06 rifle shells. They are commonly used for hunting medium to large size game such as deer, elk and more. They are also widely used for civilian target shooting, military sniping, and police sharpshooting. Each pen is handcrafted, one at a time in my shop, and is unique, so there are no two alike.
REAL, FIRED, RECYCLED rifle shells means they have been used and shot. All of our pens commonly have minor surface dings and imperfections...this is not a defect at all and we believe it adds to the character and authenticity of our pens. When you pull our pens apart to "reload" the ink, you will easily be able to see the the rifle caliber stamps on the end of each shell. (there are some people out there selling similar pens for half the price but they are not using real rifle shells, they are using replica rifle shell pen kits made in China).
Brass will naturally patina (tarnish) over time and use (that is the nature of real brass). Many of our customers actually prefer that look over the shiny polished look. If your pen starts to tarnish, we recommend using a few drops of any standard metal polish such as Braso and a clean soft cloth to return the pen to its original shine.
All of our pens are "re-loadable" and take a standard Cross Pen style refill cartridge which you can purchase by the 5-pack from our website or you can visit your local office supply store such as Staples or Office Depot and purchase one there. Just pull the pen apart where the two shells meet in the middle, un-screw the ink cartridge and load the new one.
