Why. Are pictures loading upside down?

2 of my items photos are upside down, how can I fix that.

Hi there,
Most likely, your photos were upside-down when you took them.
To fix this issue you need to use some kind of photo editing program, like Photoshop, to flip them and then re-upload them into your shop. Thanks!

I just added a new item with the photo and it was a great photo and is now sideways how can I fix it.

It's the same problem as with the photos that are upside-down.
You need to rotate them in some kind of photo editing program, then re-upload them into your store.
I don't know of any free tools, but I am sure there are some if you google them.
Maybe other sellers could suggest something?
