General Shipping Policy:

Due to the delicate state of the flowers, I package each flower individually and with lots of care (See Packaging information below). I cannot guarantee the condition of the package once it has been delivered as the package is subject to the care and handling of the shipping agency. Flowers are shipped USPS Priority 2-Day Mail. Packaging Information: Each flower is packaged in an individual cupcake box. Flowers are stemmed through a Polyurethane Foam block and surrounded by crinkled gift filler and tissue paper. Stems are coiled under the foam block to secure the flower in place. Boxes are tied with a black organza ribbon and raffia or gold satin ribbon then wrapped in bubble wrap. Boxes are then placed in the medium shipping box and surrounded by craft paper to ensure minimal movement throughout the box and that no pressure is placed on the sides of the cupcake boxes. All packages are labeled with a "fragile" sticker to alert the carrier to handle with ease.
